- 1 cup couscous
- 2 cups chicken broth

- 1 cucumber, grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil and add couscous. Remove from heat, cover, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the couscous with a fork and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
- To assemble, place couscous in bowls, top with herbed chicken, and drizzle with tzatziki sauce. Garnish with fresh dill.
