Description

Hedgehog Slice is a delicious no-bake dessert that combines chocolate, biscuits, and nuts for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g sweetened condensed milk
  • 50g chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
  • 50g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  4. Add the crushed biscuits, chopped nuts, and desiccated coconut to the chocolate mixture.
  5. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  6. Press the mixture into a lined baking tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free biscuits.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
