Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g sweetened condensed milk
- 50g chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 50g desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Add the crushed biscuits, chopped nuts, and desiccated coconut to the chocolate mixture.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free biscuits.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with extra chocolate or coconut for decoration.
