Ham and Eggs Cups are a delightful breakfast option that combines savory ham with fluffy eggs, baked to perfection in a muffin tin.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Line each muffin cup with a slice of ham, pressing it down to form a cup.
  4. Crack an egg into each ham cup.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the eggs.
