- 1 cup peach preserves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 habanero pepper, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix peach preserves, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, orange juice, and minced habanero.
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Brush the glaze over the pork tenderloin.
- Place the pork on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush with more glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
