Description

A delicious grilled pork tenderloin recipe featuring a sweet peach glaze and a spicy orange-habanero mojo.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 habanero pepper, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix peach preserves, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, orange juice, and minced habanero.
  3. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the glaze over the pork tenderloin.
  5. Place the pork on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Brush with more glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of habanero based on your spice preference.
  • Let the pork rest to retain its juices.
  • This dish pairs well with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
