Description

A delightful and crunchy granola made with golden maple syrup and pecans, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pecans, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before storing.

Notes
