Description

Goat Cheese Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Dates are a delicious appetizer that combines the sweetness of dates with the creaminess of goat cheese and the savory flavor of bacon.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  2. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. Stuff each date with goat cheese.
  4. Wrap each stuffed date with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
