Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gluten-free soy sauce, orange juice, honey, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken along with the sauce.
  4. Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked and the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
