- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gluten-free soy sauce, orange juice, honey, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated chicken along with the sauce.
- Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked and the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with steamed rice or gluten-free noodles for a complete meal.
