- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the glaze over it, ensuring it is well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the remaining glaze drizzled on top.
