Description

A savory and sweet dish featuring pork glazed with a maple mustard sauce, perfect for a delightful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the glaze over it, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with the remaining glaze drizzled on top.
