Description

Glazed Kielbasa Pineapple Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines savory kielbasa sausage with sweet pineapple, all coated in a sticky glaze. Perfect for parties and gatherings!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the sliced kielbasa and pineapple chunks to the bowl, tossing to coat them in the glaze.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the kielbasa is heated through and the glaze is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
