Instructions

 - In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, molasses, and melted butter until well combined.
 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
 - Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
 - Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions until golden brown.
 - Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruit.
