Description

Garlic Herb Honey-Lemon Grilled Chicken Thighs are a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the sweetness of honey with the tanginess of lemon and the aromatic qualities of garlic and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
