- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
