Delicious cheesecake pops infused with the rich flavor of blackberries, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blackberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Chocolate coating (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the blackberries until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the blackberry puree and whipped cream until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the pops for at least 2 hours until firm.
- If desired, dip the pops in melted chocolate and then roll in graham cracker crumbs.
- Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Use fresh blackberries for the best flavor.
- These pops can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
