- 1 cup lobster stock
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add lobster stock and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve the filet mignon topped with grilled shrimp and drizzled with lobster sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
