Description

Delicious and easy-to-make cheesecake sugar cookie cups perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries, for topping
  • Red sprinkles, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin and press sugar cookie dough into the bottom and up the sides of each cup.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cooled cookie cups.
  8. Top with fresh strawberries and red sprinkles.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, use chocolate cookie dough.
  • Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to use other fruits for topping, such as raspberries or blueberries.
