Description

A quick and delicious one-pot teriyaki noodles recipe that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots, and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles and teriyaki sauce, and stir to combine.
  4. Pour in enough water to cover the noodles, and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are cooked and water is absorbed.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
