Description
A quick and delicious one-pot teriyaki noodles recipe that is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 8 oz. noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots, and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the noodles and teriyaki sauce, and stir to combine.
- Pour in enough water to cover the noodles, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until noodles are cooked and water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite protein such as chicken or tofu.
- Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to taste.
- This dish can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free noodles.
