Description

Easy Eclair Cake Dessert is a delightful no-bake treat that combines layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, and whipped topping, all topped with a rich chocolate glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container (8 oz) of whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of milk (for the chocolate glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring in the milk until smooth.
  9. Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, allow the cake to chill overnight.
  • You can substitute the chocolate glaze with a store-bought chocolate frosting if desired.
