Description
A delicious and easy-to-make apple crumble cheesecake that combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the sweet and tart flavor of apples and a crunchy crumble topping.

- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups of apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, and remaining brown sugar. Sprinkle this crumble mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before removing from the springform pan. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a mix of different apple varieties.
- Can be served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
