Description

A simple and delicious Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki Casserole that combines tender chicken with creamy tzatziki sauce and fresh vegetables for a quick weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, olives, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
