Description

A simple and delicious Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki Casserole that requires minimal effort for a satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
