- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
