- 1 can of strawberry pie filling
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix and the melted butter.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the strawberry pie filling over the cake mix layer.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry pie filling.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving, then top with whipped topping.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add fresh strawberries on top before serving.
