Description

A delicious blend of spicy and savory flavors in a keto-friendly dish featuring tender ground beef and refreshing cucumber salad.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef, breaking apart as it cooks.
  3. Pour the marinade over the beef once it is halfway cooked, stirring to coat evenly.
  4. Continue cooking for about 5 more minutes until the beef is browned and flavorful.
  5. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly, tossing with green onions and a sprinkle of salt.
  6. Serve the spicy beef in bowls, garnished with sesame seeds if desired, and enjoy with cucumber salad.
