Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar over the jam.
- Fold the pastry from both sides towards the center, then fold again to form a log.
- Slice the log into 1/2 inch thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
