Ingredients

  • 1 large low-carb tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning until fully cooked.
  2. Lay the low-carb tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. In the center of the tortilla, layer the cooked meat, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a wrap.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
