- 1 large low-carb tortilla
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning until fully cooked.
- Lay the low-carb tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- In the center of the tortilla, layer the cooked meat, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a wrap.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
