Description

Enjoy a delicious twist on a classic with these Keto Crunchwraps, featuring seasoned beef, melted cheese, and fresh veggies all within a crispy tortilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Start by melting the cream cheese and butter in your skillet over low heat. Stir in the heavy whipping cream until creamy. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt into a sauce. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart, then stir in the taco seasoning.
  3. Preheat another non-stick skillet. Lightly toast each low-carb tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. On each tortilla, layer the beef, drizzle of cheese sauce, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and extra cheese. Place another tortilla on top and press gently.
  5. Return the assembled crunchwrap to the skillet, cooking on low for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm, garnished with additional sour cream and salsa if desired.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Prepare your seasoned beef and cheese sauce in advance. Store them in the fridge and reheat before assembling the crunchwraps.
