Description

A flavorful side dish featuring Brussels sprouts roasted in garlic butter, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Drizzle the garlic butter over the Brussels sprouts.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  7. If using, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
