Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the custard mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is lightly golden.
