- 2/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/3 cup Chunky Salsa
- 1 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked, then drain excess grease.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked meat and stir well.
- Transfer the seasoned beef to the prepared pie pan.
- Whisk together the heavy cream and eggs in a mixing bowl, then mix in the salsa, 1 cup of cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the beef in the pie pan and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with toppings like sour cream.
