Description

Crispy Garlic Butter Roasted Brussels Sprouts are a delicious and irresistible side dish, featuring perfectly roasted Brussels sprouts tossed in garlic butter for a flavorful experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the garlic butter over them.
  8. Toss to coat evenly and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
