- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the garlic butter over them.
- Toss to coat evenly and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
