Description

Creme Brulee Cheesecake Cupcakes are a delightful combination of creamy cheesecake and a crispy caramelized sugar topping, perfect for any dessert lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of cupcake liners.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cupcake liner.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set.
  7. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle granulated sugar on top and use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar until golden brown.
