A delicious and creamy dessert that combines the rich flavors of cocoa and coffee in a delightful tiramisu slice.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  3. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a rectangular dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
