Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a rectangular dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
