Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower, and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, and bacon bits (if using), and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a healthier version, you can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
