Description

A delicious and creamy salad made with fresh broccoli and cauliflower, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli and cauliflower, and toss to coat evenly.
