Description

A delicious and festive appetizer made with creamy goat cheese and tart cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, honey, and chopped rosemary until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into a log shape.
  3. Roll the log in the chopped pecans until fully coated.
  4. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, roll the log in dried cranberries to coat the outside.
  6. Slice and serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, add more honey to the cheese mixture.
