Description

Cranberry Fudge Swirl Cheesecake is a delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of cheesecake with a tart cranberry swirl and a decadent fudge topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • ½ cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, blend fresh cranberries with powdered sugar until they are slightly mashed.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust, then add the cranberry mixture and swirl with a knife.
  7. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top and swirl again if desired.
  8. Drizzle chocolate fudge sauce over the top and swirl gently.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter cheesecake, adjust the sugar in the cranberry mixture.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother batter.
  • Top with additional fudge sauce or whipped cream before serving if desired.
