Delicious donuts filled with a creamy peach cobbler cheesecake filling, topped with a sweet glaze.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- While the donuts are baking, prepare the filling by mixing peach preserves, cream cheese, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Once the donuts are cool, fill them with the peach cobbler cheesecake filling.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over the filled donuts.
Notes
- Make sure the donuts are completely cool before filling them.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add more spices to the filling for extra flavor.
