Description

Delicious donuts filled with a creamy peach cobbler cheesecake filling, topped with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. While the donuts are baking, prepare the filling by mixing peach preserves, cream cheese, and cinnamon until smooth.
  7. Once the donuts are cool, fill them with the peach cobbler cheesecake filling.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over the filled donuts.
