Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Return the chocolate-covered truffles to the baking sheet and let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
