Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Stir in the cherry pie filling until evenly distributed.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs, followed by half of the cherry cheesecake mixture.
