Description

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in the cherry pie filling until evenly distributed.
  5. In a serving dish, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs, followed by half of the cherry cheesecake mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker crumbs and cheesecake mixture.
  7. Top with chopped pecans if desired.
