Description

Chocolate Orange Truffles are a delightful combination of rich chocolate and zesty orange flavor, perfect for a sweet treat or gift.


Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute.
  4. Add the orange zest and orange juice, then stir until smooth.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  7. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
  8. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
