Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch with a little water to create a sauce.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat.
  7. Add diced mango and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
