Description

Chicken Salmoriglio is a delicious and flavorful dish that features grilled chicken marinated in a zesty sauce made with lemon, garlic, and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
