Description

Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing wrapped in a golden, flaky dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
  6. Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
