Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
