Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Top with cherries evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
