- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using your thumb, make an indentation in the center of each ball.
- Fill each indentation with a small amount of hot pepper jelly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
