Description

Cheesy Sausage Crescent Bake is a quick and delicious dish that combines savory sausage and gooey cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end.
  7. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
