Description

Delicious and cheesy keto cauliflower garlic breadsticks that are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, perfect for satisfying carb cravings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut your cauliflower into florets and steam until softened, then squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Place the squeezed cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
  4. In a bowl, mix the riced cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into a rectangle on a lined baking sheet, about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy.
