Description

Deliciously soft and cheesy pull-apart rolls infused with garlic butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Add melted butter, garlic, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually mix in flour and Italian seasoning until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  6. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.
  7. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them in mozzarella cheese.
  8. Place the cheese-filled dough balls in a greased baking dish.
  9. Brush the tops with additional melted butter and sprinkle with garlic.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!
