- 2 pounds frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, melted butter, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed corn flakes with a little melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
