Description

Delicious cheesecake banana pudding bites that combine the flavors of cheesecake and banana pudding in a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  4. In another bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding mix with milk according to package instructions.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  6. In serving cups, layer the graham cracker mixture, banana slices, cheesecake mixture, and vanilla pudding.
  7. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Make sure the bananas are ripe for the best sweetness.
