- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- In another bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding mix with milk according to package instructions.
- In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- In serving cups, layer the graham cracker mixture, banana slices, cheesecake mixture, and vanilla pudding.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Make sure the bananas are ripe for the best sweetness.
- These bites can be made a day in advance.
