Description

Delicious truffles made with cookie dough, caramel, and pecans, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the truffle balls.
  8. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  9. Let the chocolate set before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for coating.
