Description
Delicious truffles made with cookie dough, caramel, and pecans, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips
 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans
 - 1/2 cup caramel sauce
 - 1 cup chocolate for coating
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
 - Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
 - Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
 - Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
 - Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
 - Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
 - Drizzle caramel sauce over the truffle balls.
 - Dip each truffle in melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
 - Let the chocolate set before serving.
 
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
 - For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for coating.
 - Feel free to substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds.
