Description

Caramel Candy Pecan Roll is a delightful dessert that combines the rich flavors of caramel and pecans in a soft, chewy roll.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and spread the caramel mixture evenly over it.
  4. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the caramel mixture.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and pour any remaining caramel mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
