Description
Caramel Apple Butter is a delicious spread that combines the flavors of caramel and apples, perfect for fall.

			- 4 cups apples, peeled and chopped
 - 1 cup brown sugar
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup apple cider
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 - 1/4 teaspoon allspice
 - 1/2 cup caramel sauce
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chopped apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and apple cider.
 - Cook over medium heat until the apples are soft, about 20 minutes.
 - Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice, stirring well.
 - Use an immersion blender to puree the mixture until smooth.
 - Stir in the caramel sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
 - Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and seal.
